What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and accelerated payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay.

My order is incorrect. What should I do?

Contact customer care here and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order log into your Kan account and select “Order History” on the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please contact customer care here and we will do our best to get back to you ASAP. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We do our best to process and ship orders quickly. Contact customer care here and we will do our best to modify or cancel your order. However, we make no guarantee this is always possible. 

How do I know if my order was placed succesfully?

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. You can also check the stats of your order in your Kan account.  If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours or see your order in “Order History” contact customer care here.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. You can select an alternative shipping option if you would like your order sooner. 

My package was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

We’re sorry your package was displaced. Unfortunately, it’s out of our hands once the package leaves our warehouse. Please contact the delivery company for your missing package.

What international shipping options do you offer?

We do not currently ship outside of the U.S. We hope to bring you our products in the future!

How much is sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders. Sales tax charges are based on your state and will be calculated upon checkout. 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns purchased through our website within 30 days. Please see our returns/refund policy here

How do I start a return?

We’re sorry the product didn’t work out for you! Contact customer care here and we’ll help you out.

How long will my order take to ship?

Shipping typically takes 5-8 business days after processing. We’re a small team and will do our best to process your order quickly.  Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order.

Are your products pregnancy safe?

Yes! The soft cashmere face serum was developed while the founder was pregnant.

Is the soft cashmere face serum vegan?

We do not use any animal products in our formulations!

Does Kàn Studio test on animals?

Never! We love animals and believe great products can be created without harming animals. 

What fragrances are in the soft cashmere face serum?

There are no added fragrances in the face serum. Fragrances tend to cause irritation and we wanted this product to be suitable for all skin types.

When do products expire?

Our products are manufactured in small batches to ensure the highest quality and can be used up to 12 months after opening.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured right here in the USA.
